If severe weather is expected that would prevent the games from being used safely, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule your rental for a future date whenever possible. Because inventory is reserved specifically for your event date, weather-related cancellations are not eligible for refunds. However, we will do our best to help you find a new date so you can still enjoy the games. Our lawn games are designed primarily for grass and outdoor lawn areas, but many can also be played on patios, decks, driveways, or other flat surfaces. For the best experience, we recommend placing games on a flat, stable surface with enough space for guests to move around comfortably. Once the games are delivered and set up, the renter is responsible for the equipment until it is picked up. We ask that games be treated with care and supervised appropriately during use to prevent damage or loss.
