We offer 24-hour and 48-hour rentals. Your games are delivered before your event and picked up the following day unless you select the extended 48-hour option. If you need a custom timeframe, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Outdoor events are always subject to weather, and we understand that plans sometimes need to change. If severe weather is expected that would prevent the games from being used safely, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule your rental for a future date whenever possible. Because inventory is reserved specifically for your event date, weather-related cancellations are not eligible for refunds. However, we will do our best to help you find a new date so you can still enjoy the games. Our lawn games are designed primarily for grass and outdoor lawn areas, but many can also be played on patios, decks, driveways, or other flat surfaces. For the best experience, we recommend placing games on a flat, stable surface with enough space for guests to move around comfortably. If you’re unsure whether your venue will work, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Once the games are delivered and set up, the renter is responsible for the equipment until it is picked up. We ask that games be treated with care and supervised appropriately during use to prevent damage or loss. If anything is accidentally damaged, please let us know right away so we can address it quickly.

If your rental includes an overnight period, we recommend placing the games in a dry, sheltered area such as a garage, covered patio, or under a tent if rain or heavy dew is expected. Protecting the games from moisture helps keep them in great condition for your event and future rentals.

Delivery, setup, and pickup are included for events within 10 miles of our service area. For locations farther away, delivery fees are based on distance: • Up to 20 miles: $35 • Up to 30 miles: $60 • Up to 40 miles: $95 The exact delivery fee will automatically appear during booking once you enter your event address.
